RSA Postage Stamps: Country Definitives
This was the first project which started my third and final year of university. It's a competition brief set by RSA Design in which we had to come up with a good design for next years stamps. There were two themes which were 'Biodiversity' and 'Country Definitives'. I chose to go with country definitive's, in which I had to base my design on something to do with England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. My big idea was to go with how Great Britain used to be a very rural country when it came to farming. I had to produce 16 stamps overall. I chose to base my animals on, Horses, Pigs, Cows and Sheep.
